Bose controller

The controller doesn’t let me operate the bose fully without support from my phone. I can’t see the songs or change the gener. I’m dissappointed in the controller and would like to have it removed and a full refund.

App is an inconvenience about Controller 4 Bose SoundTouch, v1.6.2
